ONE YEAR ONE ON ONE MENTORING

Too often I have seen training programs sold on the net where the success of the program is left to chance. The sellers attitude is thanks for the money, good by and good luck with that. We are including a one on one mentoring for twelve months because we believe that the initial stages of any training program determines the success or failure of the program.

We also believe that we don’t get what we expect we get what we inspect and your first year of intensive mentoring does just that. In this program you are required to keep accurate records of all your field work and send these  reccords to us weekly for the entire twelve months mentoring period.

When done correctly this will paint a picture of your strengths and areas that require improvement. You will need to send in weekly and monthly reports. Make sure you produce these reports. Your future success depends on it. This proogram includes a fifty question examination that you can complete at your leisure. On the successful completion of this program you will be issued a certificate of completion.

This Training Program Comprises :
  • One Year One On One Mentoring.
  • Reference manual: This contains all the information you require to become successful in this program.
  • Work manual: It’s said that repettition is the mother of all learning so this work manual requires you to fill the gaps left for you to fill making sure you understand what you have studied in the reference manual.
  • Examination manual: This manual comprises fifty questions requiring a true or false answer. Once again, it is designed to test your knowledge. I would be less than impressed with a less than 95% pass mark. A certificant of completion will be issued on the successful completion of this examination.
  • Door & phone canvass loose sheets(100): This is a record of your daily
  • Field work manual: (60 pages): This records your daily, weekly, monthly, annually. field results together with your R2 calculation of your call dollar value which will get you and keep you motivated throughout your career without the rara tipically associated with sales that does not work.
  • Customer inquiry sheets (100): These are information sheets or more commonly referred to as lead sheets. Every business needs an ever ending supply of quality leads so they spend a fortune buying them.


The investment required for your employment training course is AU$3,000.
