I began my career in 1969 with one of the biggest multinationals in the world. This was a job that I promised myself a job that I promised myself I would never contemplate for my future. I was tricked. I answered an employment ad claiming employment where I was trained and paid while I was in training, I believed them and joined the company. The first week training consisted of in-house training and the following week was field training with a team manager.
The first week training consisted of listening to motivational tapes of famous speakers such as Napoleon hill, Zig ziglar and others and learning a sales presentation. By the time I realized
I was about to be selling insurance it was too late. I was hooked.This company, combined insurance company of america was owned by MR. W clement stone who wrote two best sellers, success through a positive mental attitude and the success system that never fails.Their in-house training was excellent. It armed me for the task ahead, although they were able to motivate me to start work they could not motivate me enough to keep going day after day even with great incentive programs it was hard to keep motivated. I struggled with that for many years until one day I figured it out and my life changed from that day forward. That’s another story.
After that, I never again struggled with the motivation to start work each day. After Combined Insurance, I successfully sold a variety of high-end products for the next fifty or so years, and I was paid accordingly. Having said that, money was not my motivator. I just wanted to be the best at what I was selling. The point I’m making is, anyone can be successful in the direct sales profession, provided they learn how. I have not spent ten minutes selling and the rest of my time studying sales books of other people’s sales experiences. I have spent ten minutes studying other people’s sales experiences and more than fifty years in the field learning this business for myself.
This training program will be focused on home improvements rather than insurance. Having said that it applies to any product or service.
Let me make this crystal clear. This is not a sales training course. It is an employment training program where I will use the vehicle of Direct Sales to teach you how to generate an income for as long as you wish, independently of anyone else. Your income will be in direct proportion to the effort you put into it. You will start earning an income within two weeks of successfully completing the program but we will be mentoring and retraining you for the following one year to ensure your continued success. All you need to add is a sincere burning desire to become successful and do exactly what I tell you to do without question.
